If you are interested in any of our products please go to the gallery page, select the desired item, go to the "details and price" page and submit a price request by filling in the form. We will contact you as soon as possible with more information . When you have decided we will send you an electronic proforma invoice.
For each order there is a 30% deposit required. The rest of the payment will be done before we ship the items to you.
Usual delivery time is 3-8 weeks depending on the metal combination desired and the season. During the wedding season - March-September it may take up to 8 weeks for us to finish your items. We will do our best to handle urgent orders, within available time.
The items can be picked up at our workshop or can be sent to you using a courier delivery service. The delivery cost and transport insurance will be paid by you.
Any item can be returned within a week if you're not sattisfied with the result. If that should be the case please let us know before you send it back. If using a courier delivery service the item must be insured at its full value. We will fully reimburse the price of the item returned, minus delivery expenses.
